Professor Jim Scholes
For more than two decades Dr. Scholes has worked globally with leading companies in a range of industries on the challenges of leadership, growth strategy and change. His background in Systems Thinking has been applied to help CEOs use new strategy concepts in a practical way. Together with long time collaborator Gary Hamel he was one of the initial founders of the innovative consultancies CMI, Strategos and LSC.
Jim is a visiting Professor at Lancaster University Management School and speaks regularly on business strategy and systems thinking. Prior to his consulting and academic activities he worked in a range of management roles in UK government and the private sector.
