Sparring for new business strategy
Sysart is an independent Finnish software company that chose Swot Consulting to lead them to a new business strategy which would answer to the following challenges: change of the operational model, motivate personnel with more exciting career opportunities and finalise a recent business acquisition.
Swot Consulting stepped in as a team leader to guide the management team. Through assignments, workshops and problem solving, together they build a documented and renewed strategy that tackled the three challenges. Through all this, Swot Consulting took a sparring role steering the management team to the right conclusion for the client. A new sharpened strategy, direction and focus was defined for Sysart, including reformulated target segments and corresponding offering as well as a new operational mode. Swot Consulting continued to play a significant role in implementing the strategy to use. The operational model is now active, and is driving the company forward.
