Product Development: End To End Business Process

Vacon had reorganised the mode of operations of the entire company as well as its product development organisation. The next development stage was to get a clear end-to-end view on the current product process and identify related development needs in order to even better meet future customer and business needs in the global business environment.

Swot Consulting analysed globally the product process’ current situation, bottlenecks and their interrelations. Both customers around the globe and internal key stake holders were interviewed to get an extensive insight in the process’ current situation. The analysis resulted in outlining clear and concrete actions, both short-term and mid-term, to further optimise the end-to-end business process output in terms of revenue/cost, time, meeting customer needs and quality.
