Consolis is a leading European manufacturer of prefabricated concrete products, providing comprehensive solutions for building and infrastructure projects. They offer a wide range of products and services through multiple business units, and to find a common base for the development and benchmarking of the strategic competences and technologies, Consolis turned to Swot Consulting.
Swot Consulting and the executive personnel of Consolis included the various business units in the process and challenged the groups by bringing in guest speakers from academic circles as well as from other industries. As a result, concrete action plans were constructed individually for the needed core competencies and technologies on international and domestic level. The implementation of the group level action is an established process and the plan has since been updated internally on a regular basis.
