Patria Group services co-operated with Swot Consulting on new Operating Model development. The goal was to identify the development needs and address them with right set of actions. Creation of the Patria Group process model was one key part of the identified actions as well detailed examples how to fix first wave of process issues with new way of working. It was noteworthy, how concrete the approach was, which Swot Consulting used in course of the project. This was a key initial step towards our One Patria target.

Group Services New Operating Model 2011
Patria has set a target to move towards more coherent Operating Model. Group Services is one key area for this initiative. This means more common way of working in different Group functions towards different businesses as well as more cost efficient operations.
Work started with analysis of the Group Services status, planning of the key actions of which one was process model work and first wave process issues solution development. Work was done in close co-operation with Patria process owners with a set of common workshops and one-to-one support work. Process model implementation was supported by Change Management measures and communication planning.
