New operational model brings growth for WinWinD Oy

WinWinD develops innovative wind turbines to harness wind power with reliability and efficiency. To keep up with the rapid growth of business there was a need to review the company’s operational model. With consulting assistance from Swot Consulting, the operational model was renewed to better respond to the new situation.

The newly built operational model defined the key areas of business operations creating a solid structure to carry the business forward. The existing business processes were further defined, and key performance indicators were set. This cleared the way for a better understanding of the processes and how they link together. This process definition built the ground on which WinWinD has built a strong performance in the international market.
