Our Story
Swot Consulting is management consulting company established already in 1988. In the beginning the focus was on sales and marketing development. During 1990’s recession the company grew via interim management projects. In 2000’s technology industry achieved strong growth and Swot Consulting focused almost 100 % on organic and structural growth projects.
Over its 20 years of history, Swot Consulting has experienced many economical situations and has lived them through together with its customers. Simultaneously Swot Consulting has developed its service concept to better meet the international possibilities and challenges.
Today the company is owned by partners and has two offices in Finland and one in Moscow.
