Swot Consulting conducted a customer satisfaction survey in the spring of 2011

Innolink Research conducted Swot Consulting’s customer satisfaction survey in the beginning of 2011. The results were encouraging: our customer satisfaction is increasing(!) According to our customers, we are easy to work with and we keep our promises. We are going to pay even more attention to making sure that the plans made together with our customers are executed and true commercial value is created. This is the way we’ll continue to differentiate ourselves from the competitors.
We want to thank our customers for the feedback which helps us to improve our way of working.
